 Hotel Amsterdam De Roode Leeuw, is wonderfully situated. It is so central for sightseeing.
When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely young Receptionist. We had arrived to early to take over the room, but, hotel staff, stored our luggage safely while we took our first visit round Amsterdam.
All hotel staff we came into contact with, were very helpful, and very cheerful. Nothing seemed to be to much trouble.
Our room was big and airy, and very clean.
I would love to visit Amsterdam again and would not hesitate in choosing this hotel. - 21-Aug-2009 Very well located. Very nice people. What seemed strange to us was that we were asked to pay an one night stay deposit as an advance payment for probable use of the hotel services. Overall a pleasant stay.- 30-Jun-2009 Ecxellent location. Very good service. Very clean. Only thing we didn't expect is that we were asked to give 100 Euro advance payment for any hotel services we might use.
Anyway this hotel was great value for money.
