 In general, I was disappointed from this hotel, and only the manager on duty (a very nice person which I forgot his name) made it bearable. The bathroom in my kids' room was stinking but the guy came and fixed it. There was no parking so I was sent to park in a "pay and display" parking lot (which forced me to wake up early and renew the payment). We were provided with a room for disabled persons (without being asked first) and it was not comfortable. The water in the shower were dripping very sloooooowly, so my wife had to go to the kids' room for a shower. All in all, I did not like our stay there, and only the manager on duty (a very nice person) tried hard to make it easier and deserves a salute.- 09-Aug-2009 The location of the hotel was fantastic, so close to the shops and nightlife. We stayed for one night and was really impressed with the room. We thought that it was extremely comfortable and clean. The breakfast was lovely with a choice of hot and cold foods and drinks also. We didn't use all the facilities available but thought the service we received was very pleasant. I would definately return to the hotel and recommend it to others. - 27-Jun-2007 there was no information in the room with regards to hotel services and information on places to visit.
