 We had a great stay at the Hotel. For starters there is actually a bathroom, tv, and direct dial phone in the room (which is quite amazing in London for such a reasonable price). Secondly, everything was really clean and the rooms were decorated very nicely. Thirdly, the staff were really nice. We stayed overnight the night before the terrorist attacks in London. We were in our room the next day preparing to check out when we heard the news. We were able to stay in our room at no extra cost beyond the check-out time while we decided what to do. When we asked if we could stay another night this was immediately and professionally organised. We were evn charged the same website rate that we had paid the previous night (about half the usual rate).
