 The hotel location is good and it has a private beach which is very nice with clean water , the buffet for breakfast was fine and the land scape is fine, nice lobby
Otherwise the rooms is worn out all the hotel need maintenance and renovation, the staff at the reception are very rude, unhelpful and unproffesional , the sheets and pillows are not clean and smelly, cockroaches in the bathrooms , the swimming pool isnt clean
Overall the hotel when u take a look of it, its a very good hotel from the outside but when u stay in it we will really suffer from the bad managment there - 25-Nov-2007 The hotel was good with many good facilities such as the water sports and many restaurants within the hotel itself. The only issue is the value for money. We had a family room with two beds however the room was quite small considering the amount we paid for it.- 07-Sep-2005 Good, clean room, looked recently renovated. American breakfast was huge, enough for two. We didn''t eat much in the restaurants but the seafood buffet was good value. Shops and restaurants nearby so easy to buy essentials for little kids. Nice beach but the water wasn''t clear. Kids loved the large pool and it was hard getting them out. Would definitely recommend to friends to stay there.
Only disappointment was when I tried to use the jet-ski the last evening we were there. The guy running the hotel''s watersports center seemed to be in cahoots with outsiders and wanted us to pay cash. A notice in the hotel had warned against that and as I didn''t have much cash left I couldn''t go on the jet-ski. - 07-Sep-2005 |
