 We were in Room 259. The quality of the bed sheets was very poor and the blanket appeared to be made of foam rubber - most unpleasant! The bathroom needed an update. Everytime we used the shower it nearly came off the wall
The carpets in the room were dirty. The corridor outside the room was never swept or washed. It was covered in coffee stains and litter.
The hotel was set in a lovely location and the facilities were good but sadly the quality of the rooms let the hotel down.- 04-Dec-2007 |
