 I enjoyed my stay at the holiday Inn Rugby, the staff were friendly and helpful on my arrival, I have just two small points when i had had my breakfast it took over ten minutes for the perso to get me my change, and on my departure there ensued a query about my payment which I had paid on line and had a reciept to veryfy this, the manager on duty soon had it sorted out and they were very apologetic and I was otherwise extremely happy with the service.
