This hotel is situated slightlyout of town. There is a train station nearby but can be a little dubious in the evenings. It is 7 stops to the main heart of the city. The ticket system allows 5 people to travel on the one ticket (purchase from the hotel) which is a very good cost saver. The buffet breakfast is average. There are no restuants close by for evening meals. However the hotel has lounge bar and also resturant but that is not always open. There is a small shopping centre which has a supermarket, dry cleaning and a few other shops within 200mts which is quite handy. This hotel seems to have A LOT of tour buses stay there like Trafalgar and Contiki. Please note the in Munich, Sunday is truely a day of rest and there is NO CITY SHOPPING!- 18-Jan-2008 |
