I was pleased with the room I was given as I had reserved a single room and it was Not a box room ( as often single rooms are). Good meal in dining room evening and excellent breakfast. Will stay there again.

Disappointed that advertised facilities not available in hotel Very noisy rooms if windows open (preferred) General appearance of rooms - poor maintainence. Catches off windows. seals round bath. Decor in corridors. BUT courteous, efficient and useful long term parking and transfer.
