 staff was pleasent and helpful,room was very clean and ready for us even though we arrived early. Continental breakfast was better than expected,but missing fresh fruit. We will strongly consider this hotel for future visits and recommend it to friends.- 19-Mar-2008 We were really impressed with the service the hotel gives. It is in an ideal situation with easy access to Piers 39 and 41 where the ferry trips leave from and there is a great pub across the road - Knuckles, that serves great food and is a must for the sports fans out there. The breakfast at this hotel is one of the best we have encountered in all our travels and we would definately recommend this hotel and would use it again.- 20-Jan-2005 Express is a low service, economy chain which suited us.
