I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn, Bradford, I thought it was very good value. The only difficulty I experienced was with the swipe cards to the room consistently failing to work, despite having them exchanged several times. A couple of lights in the room also didn't work and couldn't be fixed till after the weekend.- 12-Nov-2009 Staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms are comfortable but bathrooms not always very clean -I had to get someone to clean urine off the loo seat. Breakfast disappointing and the hot drinks are unrecognisable - yuk! On a few occasions other people in our group had stuff nicked from their rooms which was upsetting and not dealt with to their satisfaction - they moved to another hotel on subsequent visits. You can buy food from supermarkets/ M&S and use the microwave to heat it up. Lots of nice, reasonably-priced restaurants just outside the door. The hotel's in a complex - cinema, bowling ets. so there's quite a lot of noise in the late evening as people leave. Will only stay here again because I'm with other people staying here, wouldn't be my first choice. Good value for money, though. - 06-Feb-2007 |
