 We found the hotel expensive and felt breakfast should have been included with the price we paid. The room service menu late at night was very unsatisfactory, hence we ordered nothing! A member of staff from housekeeping came into our room without knocking at 8.30am to service the room just as I was about to shower therefore I was undressed. This was totally unsatisfactory. We returned to our room around 4pm to find our room still unserviced. We reported this to reception and they sorted this however we had to sit in reception while this was done. Complimentary coffee was served to us but the staff forgot about us and I had to remind them.- 23-Apr-2009 |
