The Inn provides conference as well as banquet facilities to its guests. Nestling in the prime hub of this commercial paradise, the Holiday Inn Colombo is amongst the finest hotel on the island today.
 Staff was pleasant but overall this hotel fell a bit short of its publicity. Cost of Internet service was too high, and service was interrupted inconveniently; room service hours were not correctly explained; no tea or coffee service in the room was uncompetitive with similar hotels. Overall, overpriced for what is offered, but my room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Individual staff tried to compensate for inconveniences, to their credit. - 07-Mar-2009 The Holiday Inn is very pleasant and tidy.
