I arrived late and the front desk staff were incredibly understanding which made a long trip feel less stressful. The room felt spacious with a nice fridge and microwave stocked for late-night snacks which added to the comfort.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but still a reasonable choice for the amenities offered.

Room was super sized with 2 queen beds, perfect for our family needs.

There were signs of dust behind the bedside table, indicating less attention to detail in housekeeping.

The bed in my room was surprisingly comfortable, allowing for a decent night’s sleep. Plus, the room I stayed in was clean, with a handy microwave and refrigerator to stow some snacks.

There were also issues with the Wi-Fi not working on the first night, and the hotel lacked its own shuttle service, complicating transport to the airport. My friend's reservation was misplaced, leading to some unnecessary confusion. Also, if you end up on a higher floor, there's no elevator—something to think about if you’ve got baggage or mobility concerns.

Wow, those pillows are so lekker, I slept like a baby! The staff were sharp-sharp, so friendly and helpful. Plus, brekkie was decent with good options!

But the shower pressure was a bit kak, I struggled to wash my hair properly. Eina!

Great location, super close to Mall of America, and we loved the shuttle service to the airport. Breakfast was solid too, with fresh waffles and a variety of options. Staff were all friendly and helpful!
