 1) Check in was very slow. There was quite a queue but they did not send any extra people to help.
2) The hotel is 1 mile from the BACK of the airport, several miles from the terminal and the courtesy bus costs £2 each way.- 24-Feb-2009 Not really a Hilton experiance. Lacks the fineness of a five star name. Have good entertainment system though.
