 found the hotel excellent. rooms were very very clean and food of very good quality. staff were wonderful. would go again.- 30-Jul-2009 The hotel staff were courteous and helpful across the board, with outstanding front desk staff. My only slight complaint was that rooms are a bit worn and tired looking for a five star hotel. Having said this, my room was spotless clean, with the luxurious linens one would expect at a better hotel. The hotel location, on Karon Beach, is perfect for people wanting relief from the noise and congestion of Patong Beach, but a bit remote for shopping, night life, etc.- 25-Jan-2009 |
