 Excellently placed for either the NEC or airport facilities. The staff are very helpful and the rooms are quiet and well appointed. My only annoyance on the last two occasions is the timing of the shuttle bus from Birmingham International - the drivers seem to be running 5 minutes too early and I have to wait another 20 mins. A lot when you have been travelling for 12 to 14 hours and wanting a bed asap.- 04-Jun-2009 I left a shirt and when I tried to contact hotel phones were playing up. However, when I later rang and spoke to housekeeping staff they were to have got back to me but no one has to date (2 days later). This was the only thing that change my view about the service I received.
