 I checked in to the Hilton Croydon and went to my room, there was substantial mould on the ceiling, stained carpets, somehow traces of blood on the bathroom ceiling. The toilet was leaking and had water collected beneath it. Management ended up moving me to another room as the sheets in the room I had been put in were not cleaned and contained pubic hairs from the previous occupant, as I discovered when lifting the covers when I was ready to retire on my first night.
