 Very pleased in general with our room, it was much larger than we expected. Bathrooms need a little freshning up, and the taps have unfortunately been set too far back from the sinks so they drip on the surround - but all in all it was excellent value for money, everything else was first class and i guess we all get a little worne with age - but just like me were putting on a good show - thanks Hilton you have never dissapointed us - the restaurant was first class! will return. - 21-Oct-2009 Excellent staff, especially when dining with my disabled sister.
Only complaint was overpriced and poor room service.Meal took nearly an hour and a half to be delivered and was not of the standard you would expect for the price.Fish that was dry and tasteless with far too much batter.- 10-Aug-2009 location is great, service was very poor, had to aske three times for room to be cleaned? pool facilies complete rubbish, changing room floor always very wet, you couldn't swing a cat around in the changing room, far to small, showers far to small. and we had to wait our turn to use the pool as it was full, bearing in mind they only had 12 guest using it at the time.trouble was they had offered a special valentines deal, bring your guest to use the pool/gym for free, so guest staying and paying for the use of the facilities were very limited on usage, not very good hilton hotels. we had to wait more then five hours for our bathrobes/fruit and wine to be delivered to our room, which reallt took the shine of having a deluxe room? and the bath was dirty and we had to wash it out? would we go again, !!! never- 19-Feb-2009 |
