 Great location for the Media Museum and town centre, pleasant desk staff and clean, comfortable room (although the bathroom was in need of a makeover). Curiously the hotel still has 'smoking rooms' which in itself is anachronistic, but worse still is the fact that these are on the same floor as 'non-smoking rooms' so you can't guarantee a smoke-free stay!- 20-Jan-2009 Hotel is situated in the city centre excellent location staff friendly and rooms really cosy clean and warm we stayed for a weekend break and found everthing to our satisfaction - 14-Jan-2009 Excellent meal in restaurant.Room corridors and lifts a bit well worn!- 02-Dec-2007 |
