 I made the reservation for my 16 year-old son who was traveling alone. On arrival at the hotel the reservation person convinced him to upgrade to a more expensive room and charged an extra A$60. I consider this to be bad practice on the part of the hotel who say that they were dealing with an inexperienced travler.- 14-Dec-2007 |
