 Modern clean hotel with friendly and helpfull staff. Good facilities and wifi throughout the hotel for free. Located just next to the Athletic Bilbao soccer stadium near the river, not really central, but distances to old center are 20 min walking and 10 min by taxi. Price/quality relation is good, breakfast buffet is expensive at 11 euros. better go out for a simple breakfast for 4 euros in one of the many bars surrounding the stadium.
