 A little bit on the expensive side but worth the treat. Would have expected for the cost and the nature of the establishment there would have been a regular turn down service and perhaps a chocolate or two left on the pillow at night especially when cheaper hotels can offer this service.
Was disappointed that the hotel was unable to provide an iron and board for "security reasons" only to charge EUR 9 to iron a shirt. A little cheeky and at quite a premium. The ironing service provided however was extremely prompt and efficient.
Fitness and pool facilities were inconvenient to get to but the service at the hotel generally was very good. Greater attention to separating smokers and non smokers when dining would be appreciated.- 23-Jan-2007 |
