 Good location, but not all the advertised facilities were available. The rooms are fairly run down and need some attention.- 02-Oct-2008 Very good location, Van Ness Ave. is one of the main streets; it is near Fisherman Warf (using Bus 47) and is also near cable cars. Internet is fast and fair price. The rate includes breakfast and parking, and I can tell that is very difficult to park in San Francisco.
