 staff was not helpful giving touist information, the rooms are very old and run down, beds about to fall apart and extremly small. Location is very good, right in the centre, opposite to the casino and not far from castle of Chillon.- 25-Sep-2008 Nice old hotel. Very central. The age of the hotel building and furnishings give the hotel a "dated" feeling - but it is a hotel to which I would return - if I visit Montreux again. A free bus pass is included in the price, which is a valuable service, given the very good trolley and bus services. Wi-Fi access to the internet is provided free of charge.
