 I thought the breakfast expensive for what was provided. It is described as a hot buffet but this was not the case. I also found the female receptionists sullen and unhelpful. The porter and doorman however couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful. The location was excellent and and overall the hotel was good.I intend to return to the hotel next year.- 08-Nov-2007 We had an absolutely wonderful time at this hotel. The accomodation was perfect--on a quiet street, perfectly located within walking distance to absolutely everything in the City, and from the subway. Staff were friendly and helpful.
