 This hotel is in an excellent location, right around the corner from the Plaza Catalunya and close to metro stations. Breakfast is available at the Kilimanjaro cafe (on the way to the Plaza) for 2.65 euros for a coffee and pastry - excellent value. The hotel rooms are a little dull and could do with a refurb and they really need blackout curtains but otherwise, they are clean, a reasonable size, have a good shower and the small pool is an added bonus. If you stay here and you're expecting a good three star hotel but nothing luxurious, you won't be disappointed.- 26-Aug-2009 Convenient for City.

Room, at rear, was quiet and perfectly adequate for weekend stay.
Clean.
