 The hotel is near to the airport and ferry terminal but not so close to MOST of the island's attractions. However, the room was very spacious and clean, with a living room area and 2 TVs!! Special mention to the young male staff at the front desk who helped us book a really cheap car rental despite his struggle to communicate with us in English! Commendable service that was very much appreciated! With the car rental, the location didnt matter for us in the end. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Hawaii!- 20-Oct-2008 The staff speak little or no English so it is difficult asking questions. The sink plumbing fixture was very loose. Water in the shower would spill on the floor. At breakfast only Korean food was offered so we went elsewhere. The hotel is a bit shabbly and I would rate as one star not three. - 04-Sep-2007 |
