The Harrigan's Pub has its own Irish restaurant with an outdoor terrace seating for more casual dining. Renowned for its excellent food, the Harrigan's Irish Pub are a specialty both washing down well with a selection of Irish beers on tap. Guests can also enjoy Australian beers and Hunter wines as well as the char-grill steaks that are unique in the Hunter Valley.

 The bathroom needed a little attention -some peeled paint on painted !! tiles-which for a hotel of its star rating seemed a bit do-it-yourself/handyman solution to what must have been tired decor in the bathroom. we did ask for extra pillows-4 is normal these days in 4* establishments-and they never arrived.
on the positive side great size room with excellent private veranda overlooking the vineyards.
