 Staff were very friendly and it is central to everything. Would stay here again- 07-Aug-2009 Everything was perfect except the cleanliness of the hotel. I had to request for a change of room because the first room was very dirty and dusty. The ultimate room that I stayed in was not dirty but it was quite dusty. Please check the balcony windows for extreme dustiness especially at the base of the sill and the unkempt carpetry. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.- 24-Dec-2008 I found the reception very welcoming and the restaurant very good. The room was also okay but I thought the bathroom especially the shower unit could have used an upgrade. The room was also a little dusty. Being located near the skybus terminal and having the city tram route outside the front door, the location is good except for those rooms that face Latrobe St - a bit noisy for non city dwellers.- 21-Nov-2008 |
