 When we arrived at the hotel they gave us the option to upgrade which included lots of extras, very worthwhile. - 15-Oct-2009 The food in both of the restaurants was excellent with excellent service, especially in the Chinese formal restaurant. Drinks were a little dear but not untypical of hotel prices. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is a little away from the centre but quick and easy to get to with a free shuttle. Would recommend it to others.- 16-Dec-2008 Good location opposite a rail station and tram and bus stops. Easy to get to from the airport and there is a free shutle bus if required. The only negative point is that the hotel has fantastic power showers, which are great to use, but so noisy.
