 The Hotel is set right on the Harbour and has terrific views across the bays. The Staff were friendly and helpful. My room 933 overlooked the Harbour. It was a lovely room. The bed was very comfortable. There was ample cupboard space and the bathroom was very plush. I'd have no hesitation in recommendation this Hotel to all my business and personal friends. I look forward to a return visit in the future. - 21-May-2007 The Hotel is in a very convenient location. The Reception and Concierge Staff were courteous and helpful at all times. The Hotel has excellent facilities. The Hotel " Kowloon Town and Airport Shuttle" provides a particularly convenient Service. The situation on [the hotel] provides spectacular views. - 26-Sep-2006 My suitcase went missing in transit. the hotel staff where very helpful, When it eventually arrived the suitcase was damaged, the staff got in touch with the airline and the suitcase was repaired the next day.
