 We stayed at this hotel for one night in November 2007 and as our flight was late arriving in Delhi, we didn't check into the hotel until approximatley 11.30pm and we left at 5.30am the following day, so i can't really comment much about the hotel and its facilities. The hotel was clean and modern, as was the room we stayed in. However, we felt that as we checked in late, we were given a single room as opposed to a double room. We believed this because the bed was slightly bigger than a single and there was only one towel in the bathroom. The hotel is really close to the train station and i would recommend anyone who has an early train to catch to stay here, as they provide a carry out breakfast. However the hotel reception were not friendly. - 05-Dec-2007 After viewing the hotel on the internet and seeing it in person i wasnt impressed at all. The sevice was very poor and in order to get any service you had to phone 3 or more times. On the internet the make the place to be really nice and luxury but thats not the case in person. My toilet wasnt working and i had been there for over 2hours and nobody had come to check it, i had to phone the duty manager 3 times and 4th time lucky someone came up. Nobody said sorry for the time they had wasted in coming to check the problem. Overall i would never saty back there again. I was only in dehil for 1 day and most that time i was waiting for someone to sort the bathroom out in order for me to go any where.- 21-Nov-2007 Rooms are very well kept. Staff were friendly. On arrival front desk people were okay but nothing to rave about. They were a bit aloof.
Location is excellent very handy.
They did make me pay extra though when I wanted to extend my checkout time as my flight to Australia is very late 11.45pm which I thought was a bit tough as I had been there 6 days and the least they could have done like other hotels have done in the past is to extend my checkout until 7pm when I leave for airport for free. I paid 50% extra for a couple of hours not on the internet rate but the hotel rate .
Like the location but customer service and user friendliness to accommodate people could be better. - 27-Mar-2007 |
