The bathroom ceiling was greasy,hairy ,with the extractor fan full of dirt. The bedroom ceiling had signs of a water leak from above. The location of the hotel is good and with better house keeping the hotel would be o.k.

After touring Scotland for a week I decided to stay again. The room this time had been more recently been upgraded but enjoyed both visits to this clean & comfortable hotel.
