 The resort is beautifu & well kept. However just worth noting the 2 bedroom villas are not villas they are apartments in quite high rise blocks, 5 or 6 floors. I would estimate. They are away from the resort centre which makes them quieter but it also means that you are furthest from the sea/beach & pools. The apartments/Condo's are luxurious though and very clean so I would not like this to put you off. If you are looking for a resort to move in and stay put for a few days this resort is great. If you are staying here as part of a sightseeing holiday you are convenient to St Augustine & only about 1.5hrs from the Kennedy Space Centre but get your tourist info before arriving as they don't have any tourist info on site. I have never stayed at a hotel anywhere else in the world where there was no tourist info & the concierge did not have any details either! - 04-Aug-2009 The Club at Hammock Beach was beautiful. Rooms were impecable. Pool area was great! Only downside, not much night entertainment. Also the air condintioner was in the bedroom and when it turned on it was really loud.
