 Hotel was well located, in a relatively safe area. Helpful staff, but slow front desk service on checking in and checking out (they need more staff for the large numbers of guests that were waiting in line). Regular shuttle service to the airport and also to local shopping centres came in handy. Local tours a great option, with plenty to see and do, the VIP tour bus picks you up from the hotel and drops you off afterwards. The late check out option came in handy for around $35 extra allowing check out until 9.30pm when my flight left at midnight. On site restaurant now open 24hrs serving big size reasonably priced meals, it is having renovations at present but hopefully finished soon. - 18-Mar-2008 I find the hotel front desk staff was not very helpful and not too friendly. I like the restaurant staff and also the housekeeping people. The hotel location was good and near to everything that I was looking for. Looking forward to return to the hotel again.- 27-Dec-2007 Overall The accommodation was OK . Initially allocated a Smoking room , even though I booked a Non Smoking. however this was sorted out without too much fuss.
As I was on a late evening flight I took advantage of their special 'day rate' for about $35US with a 9.00 PM check out. This allowed me to spend the day sightseeing, then shower and eat at the hotel before catching the complimentary Shuttle to the airport - 10-Oct-2007 |
