 The staff of the hotel were really helpful. Very good hotel.- 07-Sep-2005 The hotel is in a very convenient location near where most things happen (eating, shopping, nightlife & some tourist attractions). It''s a nice walk to all these places & the Old Quarters. Good thing is it''s quiet from the hustle & bustle once you get back to the hotel. If you want to visit the other major tourist attractions on the West Lake end on Hanoi, you just need to take a taxi (easily available & cheap) to one attraction and the rest is within walking distance from one another.
Hotel is also clean and nicely maintained. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and all has all the necessary amenities.
