New air con installed for this year, didn't work in our apartment all week. When reported told engineer had to come from Majorca, never seemed to turn up. Staff admitted that they were having big problems with new air con but very friendly and helpful. Pool area very good. Brill location, fairly quiet but only 5mins from marina, bars, resturants and lovely beaches. Would recommend.
