 Room not very big and a bit basic, nice bathroom though. TV not tuned properly. Expensive breakfast (£12.95) in Living Room Restaurant was well worth the money. Staff very helpful. We would probably stay there again- 02-Dec-2008 Overall stay was pleasing, although I felt the front reception staff could have been a little more friendly, upon check in and check out they really made no effort to ask if we had been to newcastle before, or if we even enjoyed our stay. No minibar? Rooms very comfortable, breakfast quite good.- 05-Nov-2008 Very central, walking distance to all attractions and shopping. Hotel Staff were very helpful and friendly.
