 We booked and pre-paid for 4 nights. the manager offered the same room (and late check-out) for a further 6 nights. Once we agreed and cancelled our other hotel booking, we were asked to change rooms (on the 3rd floor! no lift, while rooms on the ground floor were vacant!! ).On last day we were asked to pay half day for late check out. Staff was very friendly and professional but other guests also complained about the manager: sitting at guests tables uninvited while they were having a meal is annoying. Pool towels are old and frayed. No internet.- 08-Nov-2007 Very convenient for a quick overnight, as 2kms from Denpasar airport. Hotel can send their driver to collect and drop off.- 11-Jul-2007 I had an excellent stay while I was in Bali with my family last week. The hotel was a good place to stay, the service was splendid and family room was big, got shuttle service to airport ... just loved it. It’s also near to discovery center shopping mall (SOGO).
