 Breakfast buffet selection should be improved and hotel should provide free wi-fi. - 28-Jun-2009 We booked and pre-paid for 4 nights. the manager offered the same room (and late check-out) for a further 6 nights. Once we agreed and cancelled our other hotel booking, we were asked to change rooms (on the 3rd floor! no lift, while rooms on the ground floor were vacant!! ).On last day we were asked to pay half day for late check out. Staff was very friendly and professional but other guests also complained about the manager: sitting at guests tables uninvited while they were having a meal is annoying.
