Pro's:
-location is very central and close to major sights and in walking distance
-The service was good in terms of cleaning the rooms and the staff being helpful
-A very trendy Bar and restaurant are part of the hotel(although staff there were slow and rude)
Con's:
-The rooms are in need of renovation
-The spa was not 5 star level
-TV chanels were mostly Greek and only a few Englich ones
-The reception area is very small adn lacks luxury and is not befitting a 5 star hotel - 25-Mar-2008 Location is perfect, but this is not a 5-star hotel.- 13-Aug-2007 This is more of a boutique style of hotel. In terms of pricing, I think they are a little expensive. I think they are pricey only because of where they are situated and that is between the Grand Bretagne and the Athens Plaza right on Sintagma Square. For that kind of money I expected a grander hotel. Having said that, the service is excellent, the hotel itself is clean, the room we had was airy and lovely, the amenities are first class and the staff are wonderful. I would stay there again. - 25-Jul-2007 |
