 This hotel was not very good.
The bathroom was too small and old. The beds were not really confortable.
For the Price, I expected more. - 30-Oct-2007 Don't stay at the Porta Rossa if you're looking for luxury. This is an historic hotel and it's like living in a museum. Poor facilities, terrible shower, mediocre breakfasts, indifferent staff ... but time-warp decor, a comfortable bed and great position easily compensate. - 17-Sep-2007 Rooms were larger than expected and it is in a very good location not far from the ponte vecchio, staff are relatively friendly florence is very expensive so this hotel was fairly good value for money. - 16-Sep-2007 |
