 I was very mazied with the level of service, focus, support and understading i got from the Hotel and it's services, it just showed me that they were very well trained and organized people, for sure i'll use them again and i'll book them thru you site only.- 04-Mar-2008 The hotel is one of the best.We had a blast and we went with 6 moth old baby. It was great really.If you can't stand noise take higher floor, you can hear night club noise on lower floors, that's the only flaw.- 20-Nov-2007 This was the most unpleasent experience of my life as far as staying in a hotel goes. The reception staff would certainly benefit from some sort of training. 20 of the guests and childeren were taken to the shopping mall and told they were going to be collected at 21:30. following 4 hours of shopping they all assembeled on time at the collection area.Children sleep in prams,they all looking tired and thirsty. I waited till 22:10 but no Hotel bus was on sight so decided to walk to hotel since difficult to get a taxi. arrived at the hotel at about 22:50 to complain and were told that all the guests arrived ealier. while discussing the issue all the party arrived by taxis,looking fed up and exhausted. The management acusing the whole lot of lieying and not being there on time. The argument lasted till midnight. I would not recomend any one to book into Grand Moov hotel in Dubai unless they expect thier experience of such a lovely city to be, very politely putting it a "bad one".- 21-Oct-2007 |
