 This hotel has not been improved by a multi million refurbishment.
It has lost the great atmosphere it had as the Regent KL.
The delightful dinining area alongside the pool has gone to make way for a gymnasium. The breakfasr area is now the very dark internal uninviting Mill room which has a permanet bufet. Thre are no a la carte eating places and we preferred to eat out.
The toilet in our room would not flush properly even after five complaints and plumber visits. A shiny facade but really only about 3 stars. We will not be ataying there again. We had stayed five times when it was the Regent.- 08-Sep-2009 really enjoyed the stay but I wish breakfast would be included in the price - that would make more sense and would create greater goodwill- 15-Jun-2009 Excellent location. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially the front desk staff. Rooms were spacious and clean.
The only disappointment was the buffet breakfast, the food
