 The hotel is absolutely fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. I had such a blast that I am already planning a return trip within 12 months.- 07-Sep-2005 I frequently stay at Best Western Fortune Hotel in recent years, because it is a quality hotel at budget price. Staff attitude is nice and very helpful especially they take good care of our two little kids. I love this hotel not only for its value for money, but also for its connection with Fortune Town IT mall and Tesco-lotus super market. Our family could shop for our various needs such as computer related items or cloths or foods or other many many articles in clean and cold environment. But I realized in my last stay that the hotel is degrading rapidly. I would like to suggest to the management that it is time to make face-lift or customer disatisfaction will increase. Breakfast quality is now worse than my previous visits. But Fortune Hotel is still good for its reasonable rates.- 07-Sep-2005 Very helpful staffs are always ready for service. Our family with 2 little kids stay at the hotel was very pleasant and convenient by their help. Breakfast buffet had not much variety but delicious. We wish the hotel could change everyday menu more than present one.
The hotel is a bit far from major attractions. There is a free shuttle bus service to certain points. For shoppers, Fortune Town adjacent with the hotel is very good starting point. Overall we are very satisfied with the hotel. - 07-Sep-2005 |
