 it is a cheapest hotel available to book off season- 02-Sep-2009 The beach was great. The hotel needs renovation as it seems to be quite old. The tv wasn't very good, beds were too small.- 01-Jan-2009 Grand Hotel is a little old but very quiet because far from Garapan a rather seedy place. There is a beautiful beach, 2 swimming-pools.
