I chose this hotel because it had two pools one in one out and 600m from the beach.I thought whatever the weather i could swim. Both pools were icy cold they wouldnt put heating indoor pool because it was 25% outside i couldnt swim at all everyone complained about it. Beach was not 600m you had to go up the road a 7 minute walk! bar was expensive there were loads of coaches parked at the front of the hotel. problems with the room when i complained i had to wait until the next day to be moved but they did give me a sea view.As it has just been refurbed there are problems with air con, handles falling off the walls, showers, the mini bar fridge was hot and smelly.I would not go back again there are problems already it would be worse next year. The hot breakfast was not cold fried eggs! i dont think it was worth the money. The good was lots of nice restaurants nearby and the bus to dubrovnik at the end of the road.- 13-Oct-2007 Very good service. Our luggage did not arrive with our flight so we needed help and advice with a number of things and the staff were always tried to find a solution to our problems. Hotel is located in a nice area but you need to take a taxi (or bus) to get to the old town.- 12-Jul-2007 The hotel is beautifully situated close to a nice pebble beach, surrounded by greenery. The area is removed from the day to day traffic witch is always nice. There is a 3-4 km walk into the old town. If you don't feel like walking, taxis are easily available and will cost about 60-70 kuna. The hotel personnel will gladly help you. I can recommend this hotel as a place to stay - 14-Jun-2007 |
