 great position ,check where free launch leaves from in san marco a little difficult to find but completely free.the same trip in water taxi 100 euros and the hotel boat is more luxurious.my husband and myself will definately come back here. - 27-Jul-2007 Staff seemed unable to be helpful when needed. Mosquitoes in the garden restaurant was bad enough. Mosquitoes inside the hotel not acceptable. A beautifully modified and decorated building, so a pity that it was not better run.
Summary : Very splendid on the surface, rather disappointing underneath when it mattered.- 05-Jul-2006 The service was outstanding. I would definitely use this hotel again - the only downside was that it was too far away from San Marco, the city centre and it was very expensive to get to and from the hotel (55 Euros) except if you used the shuttled which only offered limited departure and arrival times and stopped operating at 19.45 from San Marco to the hotel. The last shuttle to the city was 18.45.- 17-Apr-2004 |
