The reason for our stay at the Grand Harbour Hotel was to enjoy a relaxed birthday celebration with family without having to worry about driving. From the moment we arrived when the concierge arranged to park our car we knew that we were in for a treat. It had been my intention to check in as soon as possible in order to avail ourselves of the leisure facilities but sadly Southampton's match kicked off late and we just about had time to change in time for dinner with our friends. But, the overall feeling I got from the hotel left me wanting more and I am sure that if the occasion arises again I shall only be too delighted to re-book with the Grand Harbour or indeed any De Vere hotel in the country.
Thanks very much.- 04-Jan-2007 |
