 The Grand Europa had everything we needed. It was located in a bit of a seedy area, right next to Napoli Centrale Train Station, but at the same time this was convenient for our early morning departure via train. The hotel was quite comfortable.- 21-Jul-2007 The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful, but the hotel was not in a good area. We did not feel safe. The area was dirty both in the room we had which faced the street and the room which faced the inside. The breakfast room/"restaurant was in the basement, hot and stuffy, and the kitchen staff was friendly, but a bit bizarre. The promised wireless service was not available most of the four days we stayed. We changed hotels after four days. I would not stay there again, nor would I recommend the hotel.- 11-Nov-2006 The hotel is located close to the train station which is convenient.
