 I had read some reviews that were not positive but I found the hotel excellent, there was nothing that you could be unhappy with. We were needing to go to the Aquatic Centre and it was only 5 minutes away but it was also close to everything. I would certainly stay here again. - 17-Apr-2008 my only critisism is the Car Park - the key didn't work on 2 occassions and I had to reverse the car out onto a busy motorway.
Then, return back to the Hotel and get one of your staff members to park the vehicle for me. I then, heard another customer complaining to one of your other staff members about the same issue. Maybe a review of the keycard entry should be addressed to save stress on your customers/ and dare I say staff.- 04-Feb-2008 we had a great time the hotel staff were very helpfull and the location was perfect.- 01-May-2007 |
