 Fantastic hotel to stay at, with superb views (Harbour view in this case).
Well above expected customer service levels;
friendly, professional staff; and
comfortable [not to mention QUIET!!] rooms!
The only negatives were:
1./ Shower Curtain!! in the bathroom [never popular]
2./ Average shower head pattern - water consumption could be less with a shower head of a more economical design.
3./ Carpark has a maximum height of 1.9m, so taller vehicles need to be left in the driveway [& the keys given to reception so the Valets can move them if necessary]- 13-Aug-2009 Location is it's asset. We found it an average hotel for it's class - no issues, but nothing that stuck out as excellent either.
